How It Works
Maybe Your Feet Aren’t the Problem. Your Shoes Are.
You know that feeling—your feet start aching after a long day, your toes feel cramped, and all you want to do is kick your shoes off.
You shouldn’t have to accept that as “just part of getting older.”
Ground Pro was made to give your feet the freedom they’ve been asking for. With a naturally foot-shaped design and plenty of room up front, your toes can spread, your feet can move, and every step can feel a little easier.
Because your shoes should work with your feet—not make your feet work for them.
Comfort That Feels Natural From the First Step
Ground Pro gives your toes room to spread and your feet the freedom to move naturally.
With a zero-drop, flexible sole and foot-shaped design, every step feels more comfortable, stable, and natural.
Feel the difference from the very first step.

Questions & Answers
You Asked. We Answered.
Who Are Our Barefoot Shoes Suitable For?
Who Are Our Barefoot Shoes Suitable For?
Barefoot shoes are ideal for everyday wear, fitness, outdoor activities, and running. They’re especially suitable for people with:
- Flat feet
- Plantar fasciitis
- Metatarsalgia
- Morton’s neuroma
- Foot injuries or rehabilitation
With a wide, flexible design, they support natural foot movement, strengthen foot muscles, improve balance, and provide lasting comfort—even when you’re on your feet all day.
How can barefoot shoes help my feet?
How can barefoot shoes help my feet?
When we were children, we naturally walked, ran, and played barefoot — allowing our feet to move freely, spread naturally, and build strength the way they were designed to. As we grow older, traditional shoes with narrow toe boxes and heavy cushioning can restrict natural foot movement and change the way our feet function.
Barefoot shoes are designed to bring back that natural feeling of walking barefoot. With a wide toe box, flexible sole, and lightweight design, they allow your feet to move more freely, encourage natural foot mechanics, and help you reconnect with the way your feet were meant to move.
I've had bunions for years. Can these really help?
I've had bunions for years. Can these really help?
Absolutely. The most common cause of bunion pain is toe box compression — conventional shoes squeeze your toes into an unnatural position, pushing the big toe inward and aggravating the bunion joint. Ground Pro's wide toe box eliminates that pressure completely. Most customers with bunions report relief within the first few days of wearing. As always, we recommend consulting your podiatrist for your specific case.
I have neuropathy. Are these suitable?
I have neuropathy. Are these suitable?
Many customers with neuropathy find barefoot shoes particularly beneficial because the thin, flexible sole allows better sensory feedback and ground feel, which can help with balance and proprioception. The wide, non-constricting fit also reduces pressure points that can worsen neuropathy symptoms. Please consult your physician or podiatrist for guidance specific to your condition.
How do I know my size? I'm usually between sizes.
How do I know my size? I'm usually between sizes.
Ground Pro runs true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — the flexible design comfortably fits both. For example, if you're usually a 7.5, order an 8. Because the shoe is foot-conforming rather than rigid, it adjusts to your foot shape naturally. Wide widths are accommodated by the standard design — no need to order a wide size.
Are these just for indoor wear, or can I wear them outside?
Are these just for indoor wear, or can I wear them outside?
Ground Pro is designed for all-day, all-surface use. The 4mm natural rubber outsole grips pavement, light trails, grocery store floors, and garden paths. It's durable for everyday outdoor use — thousands of customers wear them for morning walks, errands, and even light hiking. The breathable mesh is water-resistant but not waterproof, so we'd skip them in heavy rain.
